1. Test Result Display:

  • Engine Power and Torque Curves: In the analysis interface, users can clearly see the engine power (red line) and torque (blue line) curves as they vary with engine speed. This visual representation helps users easily understand the vehicle's power output performance.

  • Peak Markers: The system automatically highlights the peak values of power and torque, helping users quickly identify the vehicle's maximum output and ideal operating range.

2. Test Record Options:

  • At the top of the interface, users can view detailed records for each test, including:

    • Power and Torque Data: The system displays the maximum power and torque values for each test along with the corresponding engine speeds.

    • Environmental Parameters: Key environmental data like temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure are provided to ensure the reliability of test results under different conditions.

    • Additional Information: Information such as test duration, test mode (e.g., ramp test), and correction standards is also available to give users a complete picture for deeper analysis.

3. Custom Analysis:

  • By right-clicking on a test record, users can access a menu with more options, including:

    • Display Range Selection: This option allows users to customize the display range of the curves. Users can zoom in on specific engine speed, torque, or power ranges for focused analysis or zoom out for a broader view. This feature ensures precision in data analysis, especially under extreme conditions.

    • Engine Speed Adjustment: Users can manually set engine speed to analyze performance data at specific RPM ranges.

    • Data Export: Users can export the analysis results as CSV files for further data processing and report generation.

    • Curve Colors and Styles: Users can change the color and style of the curves for better visual distinction, ensuring a more intuitive analysis process.

4.Advanced Custom Analysis Features:

  • Custom Channel Analysis:In the latest version, users can set up custom channels and select multiple running conditions for multidimensional advanced analysis. Whether analyzing power output, temperature variation, or Air-Fuel Ratio (AFR), DynaLink offers powerful flexibility and visualization tools.

  • Users can select various bottom and left channels, such as turbo boost pressure, Lambda values, intake temperature, and combine these parameters with engine speed, load, and other data for comprehensive performance analysis. With intuitive graphs, users can visualize the change of various vehicle parameters in detail, meeting complex analysis needs in different scenarios.

  • More Features for Deep Customization: The DynaLink analysis system not only displays engine power and torque curves but also supports data visualization for boost pressure, Lambda, oil temperature, torque distribution, and more, helping users with high-precision tuning and performance evaluations.

5. Loss Model Calculation:

  • The Analyze function allows users to load loss models, enabling further calculations of the vehicle's drivetrain losses for more accurate power output results.

6. Inertia Calibration:

  • The system provides inertia calibration, allowing users to adjust the system's inertia to ensure that each test delivers precise power and torque data, compensating for any inertia effects during the test.

7. Exceptional Consistency and Repeatability:

  • The DYNO TEST car underwent 4 dyno tests, and each time, the power and torque curves almost perfectly overlapped. This indicates the system’s high level of consistency and repeatability, with test precision achieving a remarkable 1% or less. Whether for high-performance tuning or detailed data analysis, DynaLink ensures reliable and consistent test results.

8. Air Station Feature:

  • The Air Station is one of DynaLink’s unique features, providing real-time calibration of test results based on environmental data. The system can automatically adjust test results by reading real-time atmospheric parameters such as temperature, humidity, and pressure, ensuring that power data reflects actual conditions. Users can choose from various international standards (e.g., DIN 70020, SAE J1349, ISO 1585) for calibration, ensuring that tests comply with the requirements and regulations of different markets.

  • Real-Time Environmental Data: The Air Station reads atmospheric conditions from sensors in real-time and displays the data in the bottom left corner of the interface. This ensures that any changes in environmental conditions won’t affect the accuracy of the test results.

  • Accurate Calibration and High-Precision Adjustment: Through the Air Station feature, the system adjusts test results according to real-time environmental data, ensuring that the output is precise and repeatable. This is particularly important in high-precision testing, further enhancing the professionalism and accuracy of the DynaLink system.

9. Save and Export Function:

  • The Analyze function also includes powerful Save and Export features, allowing users to save test results as images, PDFs, print them, or send them via email. Users can choose to generate:

    • Certification: Produce formal certification documents that include test results, ideal for displaying vehicle performance under specific standards.

    • Graphs: Save power and torque curves as images or PDFs for easy presentation and analysis.

    • Tables: Export detailed test data as tables, perfect for further data processing or report writing.

  • These features significantly enhance data management and report generation flexibility, making it easier for users to save or share their test results.

10. More Powerful Custom Graph Display:

  • DynaLink also features robust customization capabilities, allowing users to display any analysis they need, from turbo boost pressure to Lambda values, and power performance under different temperature conditions. This flexible visualization function greatly improves efficiency and precision in vehicle performance tuning and advanced analysis.
